Our mission at Northstar Animal Care is to provide innovative veterinary medicine, while preserving a warm and intimate environment for you and your pet. Our clinic is located at the northwest corner of W. Fifth Ave. and North Star Ave., two blocks west of Grandview Avenue (Giant Eagle) and virtually across the street from Paul’s Pantry. Our clinic is a community landmark that began as a church in the late 1800s. For over sixty years it has served the community as a veterinary hospital and pet boarding facility.

Monday & Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm; Tuesday & Thursday 8:00am to 7:00pm; Wednesday 8:00am to 12:00pm; & Saturday 8:00am to 3:00pm; Sunday 5:00pm to 7:00pm.
Appointments can be scheduled
Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 9am-12:00pm and 2pm-5:30pm;
Thursday from 9am to 12:00pm & 2pm to 6:45pm; Saturday 9am to 2:30pm.
Most surgical procedures can offer same day service and are available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday by appointment.
